Chocolate Kiss Cookies

1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter
1 cup peanut butter
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
2 tsp vanilla
3 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt

Cream first four ingredients. Mix in milk and vanilla. Add baking powder and salt. Mix well. Roll into balls and roll in white sugar. Bake at 375 for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and put one chocolate kiss in the center of each hot cookie
