Fruit Cocktail Cake

2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 beaten eggs
1 can fruit cocktail
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup walnuts


Mix flour, sugar, baking soda and salt. Add eggs and fruit cocktail. Sprinkle brown sugar and walnuts over the batter before baking. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

Frosting
1/2 cup butter
1 cupt powdered sugar
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup coconut
1/4 cup nuts

Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add coconut, nuts and vanilla. Frost cake while frosting is warm.
