Strawberry Spinach Salmon Salad

(from Huntsman Cancer Institute Bistro)
Bed of spinach on plate
Scoop one very large spoon of each of the following around the edge of plate:
Strawberries - cut to bite size
Chopped nuts
Craisins
Feta Cheese
halved red grapes
 Add a portion of blackened salmon in the center and serve. Delish!
