1/2 C Margerine
1 C Boiling Water
Stir together to melt butter
Add 1 C Flour and 1/4 tsp Salt
Cook stirring vigorously until smooth soft ball - cool
Add 4 eggs - one at a time. Beat after each egg. Beat until mixture is smooth. Drop onto greased cookie sheet. Make large or small. Bake in hot oven 450 for 15 mintues. Reduce heat to 325 for another 25 minutes. Serve filled with bavarian cream, chicken salad, etc.
