Lemon Salad

Terry's favorite from Barbara Cook, Cindy's mother
1 lg or 2 sm boxes lemon jello
3 C boiling water
1 C pineapple juice
Mix and cool in fridge until thickened.
Beat in:
1 large package philadelphia cream cheese
1 #2 can crushed pineapple
1 C whipped cream (cool whip)
Chill. Serves 12
