Rolls

Grandma Betty

Roll Dough

4 C milk
1 stick (1/4 C) Butter
Combine and heat

Mix together
1 tsp Salt
1 C Sugar
4 T Yeast
4 Eggs

Combine both mixtures

Knead in up to 14 C Flour a little at a time or use mixer for several minutes.

Let raise once and punch down. Raise again. Dump dough onto lightly floured surface and roll out 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick. Cut into rolls. Dip each roll in butter, fold, and lay on cookie sheet. Let raise and bake at 350 for 10 to 15 minutes.

Cinnamon Rolls

Roll dough out on lightly floured surface. Spread with melted butter, rub in brown sugar, sprinkle with cinnamon. Roll, cut softly with seratted edge knife into 1" sections, place on cookie sheet. Let raise. Bake at 350 17-20 minutes. Frost.
