1 qt buttermilk
4 cups flour
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp baking soda
2 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp yeast
3 beaten eggs
1/2 cup oil
1/3 cup evaporated milk
Mix all dry ingredients. Add eggs, buttermilk and evaporated milk. Can be kept in the refrigerator up to 6 weeks.
