Mustard Sauce

1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup prepared mustard
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
3 egg yolks
1/4 cup vinegar

Mix all ingredients together except egg yolks. Beat egg yolks well and heat. Add all ingredients to heated egg yolks and cook until thick. Makes 2 cups. Very good served on baked ham.
