20 oz frozen chopped broccoli-cooked
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup mayo
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup bread crumbs or ritz crackers or potato chips with 1 TBSP melted butter for topping
Spread
broccoli on bottom of 9x13 pan then top with chicken. Mix together
soup, mayo, and cheese then place on top of chicken. Top with topping or
cheese. Bake 350 for 20 min or till bubbly. Serve over rice or
potatoes.
