1 pound sausage or chicken
3 cans great white north beans
1 can rotel tomatoes
1 TBSP oil
1 med onion chopped
1 10 oz can chopped green chilies
2 tsp oregano
1 can chicken broth
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
Saute
onion in oil then cook sausage or chicken. Then add all ingredients to
crockpot till heated. 20 min before serving add 3 cups Monterey jack
cheese and 16 oz container or sour cream.
